Project documentation is an integral part of our technology deliveries. We provide complete documentation processing at all stages - from the investment plan to the documentation of the actual construction. This covers the entire process of preparation and technical support of the project, including engineering activities.
Our services include the processing of the following levels of documentation:
- TDS / PPP – Technical design study or pre-project preparation, which determines the basic concept of the construction, examines technical possibilities, links to the surroundings and determines an estimation of investment costs.
- DCP – Documentation of the construction plan, prepared for zoning proceedings or other assessment according to the requirements of the client and state administration bodies.
- DZP – Documentation for zoning proceedings, necessary for obtaining a zoning decision or zoning consent.
- DBP – Documentation for a building permit, containing the technical design of the construction and all the requirements for issuing a permit.
- DIC – Documentation for the implementation of the construction with a detailed description of all parts of the construction for implementation.
- CID – Construction implementation documentation, often supplemented based on the requirements of a specific supplier, including production documentation.
- DRC – Documentation on the removal of the construction, if the assignment includes the dismantling of the original technologies or objects.
- DACE – Documentation of the actual construction execution, prepared after completion, which serves as a basis for the acceptance.
