How Do Our Fans Work?

We offer both centrifugal (radial) and axial fans designed to achieve high pressure and reliable operation, even when conveying contaminated air containing dust or abrasive particles. The inlet and outlet ducts are equipped with flexible sleeves to minimize vibration transmission and allow for thermal expansion of the ductwork. The fan housing is mounted on a base using flexible elements, reducing structural stress.

Operational reliability is ensured by a service inspection port for easy access to the impeller, drainage of the spiral casing, and continuous monitoring of bearing vibration, bearing temperature, and motor winding temperature. For applications with higher demands, the fan can be equipped with thermal and acoustic insulation.

 

 

 

 

 

Noise Reduction Elements for Fans and Duct Systems 

In cases where it is necessary to significantly reduce noise directly at the source, we supply acoustic silencing boxes for fans. These enclosures surround the entire fan body, are equipped with service openings for maintenance, and are designed to ensure high noise attenuation while maintaining adequate motor cooling.

To achieve the required noise limits, we also offer duct silencers, whose parameters are tailored to provide the desired attenuation within the specific frequency range of the duct system.
